Overview
Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Assists in planning, scheduling of team resources, status reporting and completion of required documentation for team assignment and projects. Analyzes and develops work or project plans for team assignments. Analyzes and implements solutions to problems associated with assignments. Responsible for project leadership: coordinates integrated systems integrity, provides coordination, communication and project structure between users of Information Services and third party software vendors or programmers, provides systems and installation support and user training. Develops and controls project schedules, and assigns responsibilities where appropriate. Participates in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis and project planning and management. Additional Requirements : Software Development: Understanding software development principles and methodologies is essential. Should be demonstrably able to work across multiple platforms. Programming Languages: Proficiency in various programming languages is required for informed decision-making. Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is necessary. Databases: Knowledge of database design and data modeling is crucial. DevOps and CI/CD: Understanding DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is important for modern application development.
