Lead and oversee technical laboratory operations to meet organizational, business, and customer goals Collaborate with system leaders to ensure consistent standards, quality, and performance Coach and manage laboratory leadership to support effective daily operations and employee engagement Develop and manage staffing plans, scheduling, training, and performance management Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance (CLIA and accreditation readiness) Support budgeting, safety initiatives, and cross-functional projects while maintaining technical expertise Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree with current ASCP certification required 5-7 years of Laboratory experience in Chemistry and/or Hematology; BTS experience preferred Demonstrated leadership in lab operations, compliance, safety, budgeting, and inspections Strong ability to lead under pressure and resolve conflict Excellent communication, people management, and team-building skills Independent decision-maker with strong analytical judgment Benefits
