As a Coach in Sales Development at T-Mobile, you'll lead a dynamic team of 7-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) supporting the Enterprise Sales segment of our business. Your role is crucial in driving sales activities, ensuring pipeline growth, and aligning team efforts with our sales goals. You'll manage daily operations, set performance standards, and optimize sales strategies while providing training and mentorship.

Education and Work Experience :

High School Diploma/GED (Required)

2 - 5 Years Supervisory Experience (Preferred)

2 - 5 Years Telesales/Customer Service/Sales Supervisory Experience (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

Lead and inspire: Oversee and motivate a team of 7-10 SDRs, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Drive growth: Deliver on outbound and/or inbound growth initiative goals, driving SDR activity metrics and expanding the sales opportunities pipeline in specific territories.

Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process, making hiring decisions and ensuring the team is equipped to succeed.

Evaluate, coach, and train: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing individualized coaching, developing career paths for team members, and identifying training needs to recommend plans and programs for skill improvement and overall effectiveness.

Collaborate across departments: Work with marketing, sales operations, and leaders from other departments to enhance sales outreach performance, ensure alignment with marketing efforts, and drive the company’s sales objectives. This includes participating in regular meetings, tracking performance and progress, and creating strategies that align with the goals of other teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Sales

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Required)

Communication

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)

Client Relationship Management

Ability to establish and cultivate initial client relationships, including setting up meetings and connecting with key contacts within the organization. Experience in managing first impressions, understanding client needs, and laying the groundwork for future business opportunities. (Required)

Leadership

Superb leadership, coaching, employee relations, and interpersonal skills. (Required)

Presentations

Skilled in confidently delivering presentations to both groups and individuals, ensuring clear communication and engagement, while effectively conveying key messages and driving understanding. (Required)

Change Management

Proficient in leading and managing change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Skilled in decision making and negotiation, effectively communicating change, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. (Required)

Organizational Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required)

Technology

Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $68,700 - $123,900, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $48,090 - $86,730
