About Us At i9 Sports, we’re more than youth sports — we’re building confidence, teamwork, and character in kids across the Nashville area. Our game days are where the magic happens, and we’re looking for a Game Day Director who can lead from the front, solve problems on the fly, and set the tone for an incredible experience for families, players, coaches, and staff.

This role starts part-time but has real opportunity to grow into full-time as our Nashville market continues to expand.

If you’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this might be your team.

Position Overview As Game Day Director, you’ll own weekend operations at our sports locations. You’ll manage field setup and teardown, supervise staff, support coaches and parents, and make sure every game day runs smoothly.
