Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.**What you’ll be doing:*** Lead a team of engineers and leaders building employee-facing products.* Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution.* Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes, enhance user experiences, and develop products and workflows that users love.* Provide strategic direction working closely with senior leaders across NVIDIA* Provide technical leadership strongly advocate for AI-first experiences.**What we need to see:*** A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or a related technical field.* 15+ overall years of experience building software in the tech industry.* 8+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.* Product-first thinking.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.* Strong experience building and leveraging AI agents.* Experience designing distributed systems.**Ways to stand out from the crowd:*** Familiarity with issue tracking and agile delivery products.* Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality release practices.* This should be a dynamic and individualized intro to NVIDIA and summary of the team where the person will be applying* Try to include unique details about the position that help it stand out from similar rolesNVIDIA is leading the way in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Visualization.
