Job Description
We're hiring anIT Technical Operations Director tojoin our team in> Greenville, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in large-scale ERP programs, including 10 years of experience in SAP technical operations management and at least 2 years in an SAP S/4 HANA RISE environment (required)
- Extensive leadership experience, including 10 years managing organizations, setting strategic objectives, overseeing budgets, and being accountable for achieving enterprise goals
- Experience with partner/contract management and outsourcing
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP BTP and how to leverage its capabilities for enterprise solutions (strongly preferred)
- Proficient in SAP Joule and its application within enterprise environments
- Expertise in implementing automated testing strategies and managing outsourced testing services
- Strong development foundation with deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience in its application
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive a technology strategic roadmap for SAP S/4 HANA RISE environment addressing hosting, upgrades, testing, archiving, development, uptime/reliability, clean core and the tools necessary to support these initiatives
- Drive scale and common practice on how we operationalize all applications in the SAP ERP environment
- Influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to align priorities and drive engagement
- Drive effective partnerships with senior leaders across IT for seamless planning and execution of strategic projects such as system upgrades, testing automation, and clean core initiatives
- Build an effective organizational structure utilizing existing talent to execute the strategic roadmap
- Ensure and champion successful execution of the technology strategic roadmap across various functions including application upgrades, hosting, system uptime/reliability, downtime management, disaster recovery, testing, archiving, development, productivity solutions, and application solutions
Education/Certifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Science, or related major concentration (required)
