
Director Surgical Services and Family Birth Center
Director will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the Surgical Services unit and oversee the Family Birth Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Surgical Services unit.
- Provide general oversight of the Family Birth Center.
- Coordinate with four operating rooms and a dedicated C‑section suite, performing approximately 2,000 cases annually, including general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, orthopedic trauma, C‑sections, and endoscopy procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education and experience, and a Master’s degree in nursing or a related field (MSN/MBA/MHA).
- Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of nursing leadership experience (preferably in Surgical Services or Women’s/Children’s Services).
- Current California RN license or ability to obtain one.
Benefits & Pay

- Pay range: $80.17 – $119.26 per hour.
