Compensation & Schedule
- Full Time
- Annual base salary: $90,000.00‑$110,000.00
- Sign‑on bonus and 401(k)
- Monday‑Friday schedule

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinic including oversight of staff.
- Conduct tours for prospective clients' families to showcase facilities.
- Oversee scheduling and proper ABA therapy implementation.
- Provide training for clients' families.
- Maintain proper decorum and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise a caseload of clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical BCBA experience.
