- Provide a consultative, high-touch sales experience tailored to each client
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, features, and customization options
- Ensure smooth and thorough vehicle deliveries
- Maintain precise and timely sales documentation
- Remain knowledgeable on Mercedes-Benz products, incentives, and innovations
- Automotive sales experience preferred; luxury experience a plus
- Professional image and refined communication style
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with an ethical approach
- Experience using CRM systems
Compensation details: 125000-175000 Yearly Salary
