The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead the national revenue strategy for its high-growth, mission-driven healthcare technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering national revenue targets, leading and optimizing an enterprise sales organization, and expanding enterprise-level partnerships. This role demands a strategic and execution-oriented sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in high-growth or early-to-scaling environments. The Head of Enterprise Sales will be expected to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team, drive pipeline generation, and design scalable sales processes that support sustainable growth.

Applicants for the Head of Enterprise Sales position at the company should have 7-12+ years of experience in building and leading B2B sales organizations, with a strong emphasis on exceeding revenue targets and scaling enterprise sales motions. The role requires hands-on experience in pipeline creation, prospecting strategies, and sales development, as well as the ability to design and improve sales processes and performance management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong operational discipline, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments. While not mandatory, experience in selling healthcare technology or services and familiarity with clinical specialties such as cardiology and pulmonology are preferred. Key competencies include strategic sales leadership, talent assessment, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative mindset.
