About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Business Development to spearhead the expansion of its platform within the Specialty Pharmacy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and owning the enterprise sales motion, with a focus on full-account adoption across SP enterprises. This role is pivotal in unlocking market dominance and requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to sales. The VP will be tasked with driving growth, creating and maintaining executive relationships, and shaping the conversation to position the company as a trusted leader in home infusion nurse supply. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the healthcare or health tech sectors, and the ability to connect the value of the company's services to the strategic goals of SP leaders.

Key responsibilities for the VP of Enterprise Business Development include owning the full sales cycle, from sourcing to closing, and building sharp business cases that demonstrate the operational leverage the company's platform provides. The role demands a high level of execution, the ability to travel and engage with customers at various levels, and a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation. The candidate should be comfortable with in-person and virtual sales, adept at reading the room, and capable of building long-term trust with clients. A data-driven approach to decision-making, the ability to make bold bets, and a strong foundation in enterprise sales strategy are essential. Experience in early-stage startups and a background in data manipulation or BI tools are preferred qualifications.
