Greenwich Psychology Group is a premier private psychology practice serving high-functioning adults, families, children, executives, and professional organizations. We are seeking a PhD-level leader to oversee clinical consultations, therapist matching, and external outreach, reporting directly to the Founder.
This senior role sits at the intersection of clinical judgment, systems thinking, and professional representation. The Director owns the quality and performance of initial consultations, ensures precise clinician matching, analyzes retention and disengagement patterns, and represents the practice with corporations, law firms, schools, and institutions. The ideal candidate brings experience from consulting, corporate, healthcare, finance, or institutional environments, with the ability to rapidly build trust, explain services with clarity, and translate psychological insight into practical engagement. Psychotherapy specialization is not required.
