Novaris Search is currently partnered with an established, highly progressive and collaborative leader within the veterinary industry in the search for a Regional Operations Manager / Director for their portfolio of hospitals.
There are multiple locations available with this position..
Our client is continuing to expand their practice portfolio from M&A and Denovo projects and is looking to strengthen their operations team to support this growth.
As a member of the SLT, you will be responsible for overseeing operations for their portfolio, consisting of around 100 hospitals (specific region dependent on the candidate).
Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing operations for 8-15 hospitals Oversight for P&L within portfolio, driving revenue, streamlining efficiencies and increasing profit Building impactful relationships with the doctor team Supporting in scaling the business through integrating additional locations into portfolio Build a positive culture within the field team through consultive leadership Mentor and develop the team to drive operational performance and scale hospitals Up to 60% travel
Requirements: Operational multi-site management experience is essential for this role. Experience within healthcare required, veterinary preferred Bachelor Degree
