Full benefits for full-time employees after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, floating holidays and sick pay. Vacation (40 hours) available after 90 days of employment for full-time employees. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write). Weekend and holiday availability is required. Responsibilities
Must have excellent comprehension in order to take and communicate orders from guests and respond to special requests. Set tables, trays according to type of food ordered and the hotels service standards. Performs opening and closing procedures established for the department. Accurately records, pre-checks and picks-up all food and beverage orders. Serves guests their food and beverage in prompt, courteous manner as per the standard sequence of service. Present physical and accurate check to guest and complete the payment process. To have a full knowledge of the food & beverage items & their specifications, menu prices, recipes and style of service etc. Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours). Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, food, and beverage orders (up to 25 pounds). Ability to bend, squat, and reach in order to serve guests and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas. Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with high noise levels. Good physical stamina and mobility to efficiently serve a high volume of customers throughout shifts Licenses & Certifications
