is prayerfully seeking a pastor who will walk alongside our congregation in faith and leadership. We are looking for someone who loves the Lord, will faithfully preach and teach God’s Word, administer the Sacraments, lead worship, and care for our people. Our pastor will work closely with the Church Council and staff in guiding the life and ministry of the church, while also representing Trinity in our community and helping us remain a welcoming, Christ-centered congregation. We hope to call a pastor who is a strong teacher and engaging communicator—someone who loves Scripture and can connect God’s Word to everyday life. A passion for discipleship, the ability to relate to people of all ages, and a heart for building unity and involvement across our ministries are important to us as we seek to grow together in faith. Qualifications
Seminary degree (MDiv preferred) Faithful preaching and teaching in accordance with Scripture, the Lutheran Confessions, and LCMC standards Minimum four years of parish ministry experience Strong relational, organizational, pastoral, and leadership skills Appreciation for and understanding of small-town ministry Trinity Lutheran Church

Seasonal services include Lent, Holy Week, and Christmas Eve. Education: Faith formation for all ages, including confirmation (grades 7–9); youth ministry of children and teens (K–12) with an average weekly attendance of approximately 130 students; adult Bible studies; a church library; Community Bible School; and support for summer Bible camps. Service & Outreach: Active involvement in Feed My Starving Children, blood drives, Daily Bread ministry, community meals, prayer events, and local partnerships. Supporting Ministries: Trinity Foundation and Women of the Word (WOW) provide leadership in mission support, fellowship, and service. The Community of Carrington is a welcoming rural community of approximately 2,100 residents, offering excellent schools, medical services, recreational amenities, and a strong sense of connection.
