WE ARE SEEKING A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED PARTS COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE, HEAVY EQUIPMENT, OR INDUSTRIAL PARTS SALES, AND A STRONG COMMITMENT TO PROVIDING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING CUSTOMERS IN IDENTIFYING AND PURCHASING THE CORRECT PARTS, MAINTAINING ACCURATE INVENTORY, AND SUPPORTING OVERALL PARTS DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS. Job Requirements
This position requires you to work closely with service technicians, sales staff, and other departments to ensure parts are available and delivered in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining parts inventory, which includes stocking shelves, organizing bins, and conducting inventory counts. Staying informed about new products, pricing updates, and industry trends is an important part of the role. Applicants should have prior experience in parts sales, inventory control, or a related field, and possess knowledge of automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial parts. Strong communication skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate parts catalogs, point-of-sale systems, and inventory software are essential. The position requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
