REPORTS TO:
Location Manager
Provides a high level of external and internal customer satisfaction. Effectively engages and follows parts department standard processes.
Responsibilities
Responsible for checking in parts orders daily and disbursing to correct location or customer.
Demonstrates a concern for JJ Nichting Co. as a whole. Exhibiting communication skills and cooperating with other departments and locations within JJ Nichting Co.
Promotes teamwork and maintains a positive attitude.
Fills position at parts counter as needed to support customer sales.
Collaborates with Parts Manager to ensure proper on-hand parts inventory to meet customer demand while achieving desired inventory performance standards.
Participates in ongoing inventory processes to ensure proper inventory control.
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.
Schedule
Regular Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday
Seasonal Weekend Rotation

Requirements Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge
Prior parts experience in an ag dealership or equivalent preferred, not required
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and fellow employees.
A willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required.
Excellent customer service skills.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
