We’re looking for an upbeat, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping customers, and can keep schedules running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
Confirm customer details and communicate job information clearly
Monitor technician schedules and job progress
Keep customers informed of arrival times, delays, or reschedules
Handle customer concerns professionally and follow up with “happy calls”
Promote additional services and special offers when appropriate
Maintain accurate records and support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of customer service and/or dispatch experience
Strong organization, multitasking, and typing skills
Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing experience is a plus
Schedule
Hours of operation: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Shifts vary based on business needs
