Role & Responsibilities
Work in a pod team structure managing, leasing and maintaining a portfolio of residential rental properties Maintain rental listings for the pod's portfolio of managed properties, including but not limited to: running market analysis, adding and/or activating units for rent on multiple platforms, advise/update/guide property owners regarding their upcoming or active rental listing, ensuring listings are activated timely and accurately Prepare documents related to leasing, including but not limited to: lease agreements, lease extensions, termination agreements, sublease agreements, lease amendments and condo association required paperwork Navigate maintenance requests for the team's portfolio Visit properties on an as-needed or assigned basis Master the use of our property management accounting software (Appfolio) Communicate with property owners, tenants and vendors Assist the property management department with various administrative tasks What We Offer
