Overview Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Property Manager with excellent attention to detail and customer service for three communities totaling 68 units.

The Property Manager will handle day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. This role offers approximately 30 hours per week focused on property management, with the option to combine maintenance technician duties to reach up to 40 hours per week for candidates interested in both roles.

This position blends administrative work, tenant interaction, and hands-on maintenance.

Location Grace Apartments (SW Portland), Humphrey Duplex (SW Portland), Marcus 4-Plex (Milwaukie)

Details

Hourly Rate:

$28.00-$30.00/hr

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, flexible start and end times

Weekly Contracted Hours:

30-40 hours

Additional Compensation:

A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

What you will bring

Two (2) years of customer service experience

Two (2) years of property management experience

Entrata Property Management Software experience preferred

Basic MS365 including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)

Bookkeeping ability: collecting rent, preparing reports, agreements, etc.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail

Available for after-hours emergencies

Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, state and federal labor laws, fair housing, and safety protocols

High school diploma or equivalent

Current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
