Receives incoming phone calls for LBS Parts Call Center and fills customer’s needs for parts by converting leads into sales, providing quotes, obtaining orders, and communicating terms through a relationship-based approach. Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and prospective customers to maintain and grow existing business and generate new business for Leonard Bus Sales. Develops and implements proactive customer outreach and follow-up strategies for prospective and existing customers which adhere to established requirements. Maintains a thorough knowledge of manufacturer, product, industry, and competitor information. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum of one (1) year parts sales and/or parts warehouse experience. Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and related departmental and inventory software.
