We are looking for a motivated part-time office/optical support for a small busy private optometry office that takes pride in our exceptional customer service, striving for the highest quality of patient care. Do you appreciate quality eyewear and have a knack for styling and selling? We carry independent higher end frames and value customer service Qualifications
must be able to multi-task well have good attention to detail and good communication skills Responsibilities
practicing the art of frame styling selling, ordering, tracking and dispensing eyewear and contact lenses fitting, adjusting and repairing eyewear verifying accuracy of glasses ordered and troubleshooting with labs regarding orders insurance billing payment processing and ensuring accurate client electronic medical records exhibit attentiveness, patience, and compassion while working with clients and patients in various emotional states assist in cleaning the clinic contact lens training sessions as needed Additional training available, but must be motivated to learn!
