Strong communication, customer service, and telephone skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with business systems/processes Comfortable wearing a headset and sitting for extended periods Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed Background screening and fingerprinting required Industry registration preferred within the first six months Bilingual skills are a plus Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm High school diploma or equivalent required 2–4 years of related work experience preferred Responsibilities
