Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This role provides
hands-on training
in marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. High-performing candidates who complete the training program will be considered for
Team Lead and Management opportunities
within the marketing department. This is an ideal opportunity for motivated individuals looking to launch a career in

while developing leadership and professional communication skills. What You’ll Do:
Support the growth and execution of assigned marketing and promotional campaigns
Assist with
customer acquisition and retention
initiatives
Manage and represent external client and customer relationships professionally
Drive sales through
retail promotions and live marketing events
Build brand awareness through
local events and experiential marketing campaigns
Interact directly with consumers to deliver exceptional brand experiences
Problem-solve in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
Develop leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills
Qualifications:
Ability to work
full-time hours , including occasional weekends for events
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in team settings
Willingness to travel
1–2 weeks per year
for advanced training opportunities
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Thrives in a
high-energy, fast-paced environment
2-year or 4-year college degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
Self-motivated, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
