We are seeking a motivated
Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant
to support the planning, promotion, and execution of fundraising and community events. This role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, donor engagement, and nonprofit outreach, making it an ideal starting point for individuals interested in event marketing, promotions, or nonprofit careers. Key Responsibilities
Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising and community events Engage with attendees to share nonprofit missions and encourage donations Support event logistics, including displays, materials, and vendor coordination Distribute promotional and fundraising materials before and during events Collect donor feedback and assist with basic event reporting Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly Represent nonprofit partners in a professional and positive manner Collaborate on creative outreach strategies to maximize event impact Qualifications
No prior experience required — paid training provided High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Interest in event planning, fundraising, nonprofit work, or community engagement Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules Benefits
