Salary and Schedule Details

Starting pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.

Part‑time position with a variable schedule.

Average weekly hours 8–10.

Availability before and after major holidays and weekends required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement:

Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.

Holiday support:

Work extra days and extended hours surrounding holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May work on holidays, including weekends.

Department resets:

Participate in building/installation of Hallmark fixtures, relocating products, and resetting sections. Receive two‑week notice; may involve evenings or weekends.

Team collaboration:

Support other merchandisers as needed in their territories.

Physical Requirements High energy; must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds during the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Restricted to kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.

Read, write and understand English.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Operating a digital handheld device.

Wi‑Fi and internet access.

Consistent transportation to assigned stores.
