At Bedrock Property Management, our Property Managers are essential to the operational, financial, and cultural success of our communities. This role is responsible for leading a site based team and ensuring overall property performance—including occupancy, budget adherence, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction. Property Managers are expected to lead with both empathy and accountability, creating environments where residents feel at home and team members feel supported. Key Responsibilities

Lead the on-site team by providing clear expectations, consistent coaching, and supportive leadership Own and manage the community’s budget, financial reporting, and performance goals Drive occupancy through effective sales and marketing efforts Conduct regular property walks to ensure safety, compliance, and outstanding curb appeal Foster a strong sense of community through resident engagement and communication Oversee rent collection, make deposits, and manage delinquency and eviction processes Ensure vendor relationships are professional and cost-effective, with quality work delivered consistently Maintain operational excellence through accurate reporting, efficient processes, and proactive problem-solving Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic bookkeeping tasks Approach the role with an owner’s mindset—always seeking ways to improve the property and team performance Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required 1–2 years of experience in property management preferred Sales or marketing experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and hospitable attitude Computer proficiency and comfort with administrative tasks Willingness to work non-traditional hours and be on-call as needed Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation
