Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Class A high‑rise office building in North Dallas. This role requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional with strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a proven track record managing commercial office properties.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with tenants, ownership, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring the property operates efficiently, safely, and at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of day‑to‑day operations for a high‑rise office property

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and ownership

Oversee tenant improvement projects and buildouts from planning through completion

Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance personnel and building engineers

Coordinate and manage third‑party vendors and contractors

Prepare, review, and manage budgets, operating expenses, and capital projects

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions

Ensure accurate rent billing, collections, and reconciliation

Utilize property management software for reporting, work orders, accounting, and tenant communications

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations

Assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant move‑ins/move‑outs

Maintain strong tenant relationships and proactively address issues or concerns

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial office properties (high‑rise experience strongly preferred)

Demonstrated experience overseeing tenant buildouts and capital projects

Proven ability to manage and lead maintenance and engineering teams

Strong knowledge of property management software platforms

Solid understanding of AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Professional demeanor with a strong customer‑service mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 per year
