Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee . In this role, you will train to operate a Class B box truck, providing onsite service for parts washer machines, picking up containerized hazardous waste, and selling products and services along a defined route.

Commitment to sustainability and environmental protection Competitive pay of $20-22/hr based on experience, plus CDL sponsorship, overtime, and additional perks Comprehensive health benefits coverage available after 30 days of full-time employment, including a 401K with company match Participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan Opportunities for growth and development through all stages of your career Company-paid training and tuition reimbursement Responsibilities: Prioritize health and safety by following all safe work practices, policies, and procedures Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups efficiently Swap out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations Complete all required documentation and labeling Generate and collect leads for new products and services from customers Promote additional products and services to existing clients Adhere to local, state, and federal compliance regulations Safely operate vehicles in compliance with U.S. DOT and other legal requirements Follow corporate operational guidelines and safety protocols Perform other assigned duties as needed Qualifications: Must obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company-paid) Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of obtaining CDL B Ability to work independently while effectively managing your time and productivity Basic computer and math skills are necessary Strong written and verbal communication abilities Good problem-solving skills Physical capability to perform job functions Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical as required for the position Preferred Qualifications: Strong customer service skills Experience in commercial route driving (Class C or non-CDL) Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities.
