Overview SolvOne is looking to add the right candidate to our growing Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch Team. We provide 24/7/365 service for clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station has a maintenance issue, they call SolvOne and our CSRs dispatch a technician to their location to fix the issue.

Set schedules Morning Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM CT

Swing Shift: Friday to Tuesday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM CT

What you need

1 year of customer service-related experience

A strong internet connection and the ability to set up a home office with company provided equipment

Must be a resident of Tennessee in the Nashville area

Have a positive attitude, great work ethic and a passion for helping others

Be dependable and committed to being at work on time and ready to do your best each day

Dedicate your full attention to your work by not providing care for others during work hours

Commit to superior service for our customers, and support them through both phone and computer interactions

Ability to learn new information, policies and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge

Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach, have strong problem solving and prioritization skills

Know your way around a computer, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation

Work at a desk and effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of your shift

Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement
