We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused and organised Customer Service Representative/Key account manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring smooth operations, and driving customer satisfaction. Excellent organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask Excellent oral and written communication skills essential. Strong IT skills and ability to use multiple systems Min 1 years customer service experience in a fast paced office environment Experience in a busy transport office or logistics background required. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage day-to-day customer service queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. To accurately input and update collections/delivery information onto our TMS. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Interested?
