Overview

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from 3rd party customers. You will be assigned to a specific account and provide customer service for a variety of matters.
Accept payments, verify account information, and make updates or changes to account information such as billing or contact info.
Inform customers regarding incentives or upgrades that they are eligible for when appropriate.
