Job Description Turning Point USA is seeking a highly driven, professional, and mission-oriented individual to execute and advance a portion of the nation’s largest and most innovative grassroots issue advocacy field operation. This role expands TPUSA’s presence on college campuses by recruiting, organizing, and mobilizing student activists within an assigned territory. The Field Representative works with their Regional Manager to implement national and regional strategy at the campus level, grow and sustain student chapters, and ensure consistent execution of field priorities. Core responsibilities include launching and maintaining chapters, organizing daily campus activism initiatives, recruiting and training student leaders, collecting and maintaining accurate recruitment data, conducting outreach to prospective members, and supporting voter registration and engagement efforts.

Field Representatives also represent TPUSA at campus events, conferences, and community engagements, promoting the mission and amplifying the work of student activists in person and across social media platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, self-discipline, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, campus administrators, and community partners. Field Representatives serve as the front line of the organization, overseeing their territory’s student activists, developing and executing activism plans, and embodying TPUSA’s values of grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation while contributing to the overall success of the Field Program.
