We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic
Server
to join our award-winning Hyatt team! Our bartenders are the heart of our beverage service, responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and providing personalized recommendations to enhance each guest's dining experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative and social environment and values attention to detail.
Servers are responsible for taking and presenting guest beverage selections with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will develop strong menu knowledge, provide recommendations from our curated selection of libations, and create a welcoming atmosphere through engaging, casual conversation. Maintaining an attractive and organized setting is essential, as style and service attributes play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
Take and present guest beverage selections with exceptional service.
Develop strong menu knowledge and provide informed recommendations from our curated selection of libations.
Create a welcoming atmosphere through engaging, casual conversation.
Maintain an attractive and organized setting to support a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations and maintain a professional appearance
