Overview
Due Amici, an established, upscale casual restaurant in downtown Columbus, OH, is seeking highly motivated individuals with outgoing personalities, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for our dining room server, cocktail server and host positions. Applicants will mainly be utilized as a dining room server or cocktail server but will be cross trained on all 3 positions and will fill in where needed. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems to accurately process payments and orders. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Utilize fine dining experience to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and guest experience. Qualifications
