About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Delray Beach location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting daily operations. This position offers a stable schedule, hands-on training, and long-term growth opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls with professionalism, confidence, and a friendly attitude
Provide clear and accurate information
Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
Maintain up-to-date and organized client records in internal systems
Communicate service guidelines, procedures, and next steps clearly
Keep detailed and accurate call logs
Deliver high-quality customer service while showing appreciation to every client
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and organizational skills
English proficiency required (verbal and written)
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
