Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers by phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts and respond to general inquiries.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services, processes, and account-related questions.
Route customer requests or concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assist in resolving basic account issues and ensure proper follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
