Do you thrive on keeping things organized and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate ready‑mix deliveries, schedule orders, and make sure every job gets done on time. You’ll be the hub that keeps drivers, supervisors, and customers all connected.
What You’ll Do:
Dispatch orders accurately using Sysdyne Concrete Go.
Track production, deliveries, and schedules to keep everything running efficiently.
Communicate clearly with drivers, supervisors, and customers.
Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide order info.
Assist with scheduling production and driver assignments.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
1+ year dispatching experience
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word Outlook).
Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
