???? What You’ll Do As a CSR, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations by:
Answering incoming calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
Scheduling service and maintenance appointments efficiently
Listening carefully to customer needs and reassuring them during stressful situations
Communicating clearly with technicians, dispatch, and leadership
Creating and updating customer records in our software system
Educating customers on maintenance plans, services, and next steps
Turning problems into positive experiences through empathy and solutions
