Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing team in Londonderry. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring orders are processed accurately and production timelines are communicated effectively. Compensation: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience). Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Order Management:
Accurately enter and manage high-volume customer orders within
SAP , ensuring all pricing, discounts, and shipping details are correct. Production Liaison:
Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and shipping departments to provide customers with real-time updates on order status and lead times. Issue Resolution:
Professionally handle customer inquiries, shipping discrepancies, and returns (RMAs) with a focus on quick and effective resolution. Account Maintenance:
Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and documentation in our database. Communication:
Act as a bridge between the sales team and the manufacturing floor to ensure client expectations are met. Skills and Qualifications
