Resident Relations Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)

– Your role at YES You will be the primary contact for all community correspondence coming into the Home Office, both via email messages and phone calls and will be tasked to formulate a resolution by working with both the community and regional management teams. This is a unique role where you could find yourself performing various analytics to understand the root cause of certain recurring issues and partner with both operations and field leadership to develop sustainable solutions. What You Will Do Every Day

Respond to residents via phone and email Facilitate proper escalation to both community and regional leaders Partner with home office team members to address and resolve issues at the community level Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you must have the following: Excellent communication skills keeping service top of mind with all internal and external customers. Ability to continuously demonstrate a courteous and professional tone – both written and verbal. Flexible, adaptable, and able to stay composed under pressure.
