Step into a relationship-driven sales role where collaboration, follow-through, and thoughtful client service truly matter. This team is seeking a Sales & Client Services professional who enjoys being the first point of connection and guiding projects from initial conversation to signed contract. In this role, you’ll meet with prospective clients, review incoming project opportunities, and introduce clients to the process and the right design teams. You’ll bring a strong eye for detail as you lead projects from first contact through contract execution — coordinating with designers and clients, ensuring a smooth handoff to construction teams, and staying involved as needed along the way. Strong interpersonal skills are key, as you’ll also build relationships with architects and designers and support existing clients with warranty and service needs. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative and supportive, who is comfortable being the face of the company and takes pride in creating a positive, professional client experience. Leadership skills and a steady, confident presence will set you up for success, and experience in construction or a related field is a definite plus. This position works on-site, 7:00AM-5:30PM, Monday-Thursday, Fridays off. Your New Organization
