Peak Management is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team. They will oversee multiple properties: Wade Manor-Inkster, 144+ units; The Park-Lincoln Park, 104+ units; and Poet Place-Riverview, 33+ units.
Responsibilities
Oversee multiple properties and manage all phases of a property's life cycle.
Create and enhance value through strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, and operations.
Communicate product knowledge to customers, highlighting features and benefits to close sales.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
Qualifications
Experience creating and enhancing value in property management.
Strong customer service and public-facing skills.
Solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, finance, leasing, and operations.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
