Responsibilities
Management of various administrative tasks
Preparation of commercial documents (quotations, order confirmations, invoices) incorporating accounting parameters, in particular the calculation and application of VAT according to current rates and customer specifications.
Administrative support for various commercial projects for customers in Switzerland and abroad
Receiving visitors and handling telephone calls
Administrative management of ERP sites
Processing customer requests and monitoring projects in collaboration with the sales manager
Check contract compliance
Profile
Holder of a CFC in business administration or equivalent with a strong accounting / costing orientation
Excellent stress management and ability to prioritize
Curiosity and agility with a strong service orientation
Rigorous, organized, critical and detail-oriented
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP
