Entry Level Optician
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is eager to begin a rewarding career in the optical industry. With responsibilities that range from styling and dispensing eyewear to managing inventory and merchandising, this position offers the foundation for long-term growth in a trade that blends healthcare, retail, fashion, and sports.
Responsibilities
Customer First Approach:
Deliver exceptional service by creating personalized, engaging experiences for every customer. Act as a trusted advisor in selecting high-end frames and lenses tailored to individual needs and styles.
Dispensing:
Accurately dispense prescription eyewear, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and lens verification. Educate customers on lens options, care instructions, and warranties.
Inventory Management:
Assist with the tracking, receiving, and restocking of eyewear and accessories. Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory systems.
Cleaning and Merchandising:
Ensure the showroom is immaculate, polished, and visually compelling at all times. Regularly clean and organize displays to highlight current trends and featured collections.
Collaborate with opticians, lab technicians, and managers to support seamless in-store operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Continuously learn about new products, optical technologies, and fashion trends to stay informed and confident in customer interactions.

Minimum Requirements
Previous retail sales experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for eyewear fashion and trends
Willingness to learn and grow in the optical industry
Flexible schedule, including evening and weekends required
Self-motivated
Able to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
