Hybrid Work Opportunity:
Work from home part of the time
Shifts Available:
7:15 AM – 4:15 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend Flexibility:
Mostly Saturdays off (just 1–2 per month)
Competitive Pay:
$14.50/hour + bonus based on performance
Team Environment:
Join a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative crew
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
115+ inbound and outbound calls daily
with professionalism and efficiency
Provide
exceptional customer service
to guests across multiple dealership locations
Schedule service appointments and confirm details accurately
Engage customers to promote dealership services and programs
Maintain detailed records and update customer information in CRM systems
Build product knowledge across the Tom Wood Automotive Group’s diverse lineup
Qualifications:
Previous experience in
customer service, hospitality, or call center
roles preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to connect with customers over the phone and through electronic communication
Comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving performance targets
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
