Promptly greet guests and take orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, repeat orders for accuracy Provide a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone Bake delicious cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream Ensure fast, warm, correct delivery orders are packaged & sent out Handle cash and payments accurately; no shortages or overages Clean, sanitize, maintain the bakery DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Customer‑service focused with willingness to exceed guest expectations Great communication, organization and math skills Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product Must be 18 years or older to be employed Must work nights, weekends & holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States About us:
