Responsibilities

Gather, assimilate, and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions

Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and compelling way

Be result-oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality.

Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations.

Participate in technical analysis and create a specification document

Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines document

Track Development progress and project deliverables

Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.

You are a seasoned Dynamics development leader (8-10 years) who understands business challenges and can effectively propose technology solutions. You are a solid professional communicator with personal skills that can make a positive impact on the team.

Education A bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Technical Experience

Experience working with Cloud Azure, Power Platforms

Knowledge of Waterfall / DevOps / Agile methodologies

Ability to work in a team effectively

Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure

Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like C#

Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE

Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems

Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.

Skills in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform

Skills in CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful)

Skills in at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)

Experience in PowerPlatform native components and Software Delivery

Occasional meetings in the Greensboro office (more frequent in the beginning due to ramp-up, then just occasionally for F2F meetings.)
