Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive loan portfolio growth. Operate within the commercial and industrial loan market. Analyze client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions aligned with banking and financial services objectives. Assess credit risk and prepare detailed loan proposals for internal approval processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services to clients. Monitor loan performance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to enhance portfolio performance. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in banking and financial services products. Contribute to business development initiatives and identify cross-selling opportunities. A successful VP/AVP, Loan Relationship Manager should have: 5+ years of local market experience Previous commercial and industrial experience Experience working with Taiwanese or Chinese-background banks/companies/leaders is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess creditworthiness and risks. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
