We\u2019re seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Executive to drive sales growth in one of our target markets in the Midwest. This role is perfect for a dynamic sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing complex deals while maintaining the energy and drive of a true sales hunter. We\u2019re looking for a driven individual who wants to grow in a small business with high growth potential. Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Execution: Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across sectors (e.g., commercial, industrial, agricultural, healthcare, etc.). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter. Relationship Management
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers. Conduct compelling demonstrations to explain the company's value proposition. Collaborate with bird biologists and solutions consultants to develop appropriate, customized solutions for client needs. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Collaboration
Contribute to market expansion efforts. Work collaboratively with internal teams including Solutions, Field Operations, and Marketing. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities. Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated success Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes Strong cold calling and prospecting abilities Excellent presentation and communication skills Personal Attributes
Hunter mentality with genuine hunger for new business development The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter High energy and enthusiasm for sales excellence Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach Self-motivated with ability to work independently Resilient and persistent in pursuing opportunities Professional demeanor with ability to engage stakeholders at various levels, from technicians to C-level executives Preferred Qualifications
Industry Background
Experience in pest control, construction sales, landscaping, or related service industries a plus, but not a requirement. Knowledge of commercial/industrial facility management buying cycles Geographic Knowledge
Familiarity with specific state and metro area business communities Existing network of contacts in target industries preferred What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $55-65k, paid bi-weekly OTE (commission, discretionary bonus): $75-85k Personal Vehicle Mileage Reimbursement - $0.68 per mile Monthly stipend for home office Company phone Company laptop Company vehicle Growth Opportunities
